With degrees in Environmental Science and Community Design from Dalhousie University, and over three years of Chemistry and Biology study at the University of Liberia, Mr. McGill is well versed in environmental issues and solutions. He has worked as an Energy Consultant, Environmental Researcher, Environmental Specialist, and Energy Efficiency Ambassador. These roles have provided him knowledge in project management, environmental compliance, renewable energy, and community engagement.

In addition to his environmental experience, Mr. McGill has a background in customer service, data processing, and business management. He has held positions such as Customer Service Representative, Data Processor, and Processing Lab Supervisor. This experience, combined with his work delivering projects on time and budget, gives him a balanced and prudent business sense.

As a former refugee, Mr. McGill understands firsthand the importance of environmental and social stewardship. His personal experiences, paired with his education and career, have cultivated his values of fairness, integrity, and professionalism. Under his leadership, SB McGill Eco Energy & Environmental Inc. has worked to develop sustainable solutions with a mission to create positive change.

Musa McGill is a highly skilled and experienced IT professional, with a passion for innovation and a strong background in software and hardware support. With over twenty years of industry experience, Musa's expertise in network administration and relational databases is unparalleled.

During his time at DeVry University from May 2015 to 2017, Musa honed his skills and knowledge in network administration, further enhancing his capabilities in the field.

Recently, Musa successfully completed a comprehensive service transition, where he played a pivotal role in various critical tasks. These included performing knowledge transfer (KT), creating new knowledge, establishing efficient processes, implementing robust security structures, providing comprehensive training, preparing high-level reports, and effectively managing the service team.

Prior to his current role, Musa held key positions, including Onsite Senior System Administrator at SYNTAX Systems USA (Formerly Freudenberg IT) from January 2020 to Present, and IT Consultant at Freudenberg-IT from January 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, Musa has also served as an Enterprise Service Desk Supervisor at multiple service entities.

Musa's commitment to professional development is evident through his industry training and certifications. He is ITIL V3 Certified, possesses MAC OS Essential certification, holds an HDI Certificate, and has completed HCL Lean Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt). Furthermore, Musa's dedication to his field extends beyond his professional achievements, as he was also the former President of the ECPI Electronic Technology Club.
